2nd Line Support Analyst

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to customers covering a wide range of technical issues.

Providing a high level of service at all times, you’ll install and administer Windows Server, VMware and Office 365, as well as plan and implement client-side IT, networking and security. You’ll seek to resolve all issues in a prompt and efficient manner, escalating any unresolved problems when necessary.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years experience in an IT support role for an MSP, involving both 1st and 2nd line support
  • At least 3 years experience in working with MS Windows Server
  • Demonstratable knowledge and experience in administering Office 365
