2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst

A well-established Architectural firm has an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst contractor, to join them for an initial 3-month contract based at their Central London offices. Please note that this role will require the chosen candidate to be in the office 5 days per week.

The successful candidate will provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to a user base of approximately 400 staff. You will join a team who provide a comprehensive support service for all user and system issues and operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to adhere to internal service level agreements and deliver exceptional customer service. The role will suit someone with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, an inherent sense of organisation, and a progressive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with networking and troubleshooting as well as providing IT support at all technical levels using a dedicated helpdesk solution to manage tickets. Experience with standard desktop and cloud-based applications is essential. You should also have experience supporting Office 365, Teams, Active Directory, Azure AD and Windows Server.
