1st Line Support Analyst

 A great 1st line support role based in Croydon with hybrid working possible after training.

The first line support analyst will be responsible for the day to day support of staff within a support function consisting of several layers of technical expertise

within a 3500+ user base in a top 100 Learning Disability Provider. This role would be suitable for someone who has 1 years experience in a similar role and

a great opportunity to develop your skills.

To be suitable for this role you ideally need the below:

  • Windows 7 & 10 support experience

  • Office suite (Outlook,Word etc) support experience

  • Basic Understanding of networking (TCP/IP)

  • Knowledge of Active Directory and user administration

  • Knowledge of Office 365

  • Awareness of data security principles and process

  • Awareness of ITIL processes
