1st Line IT Support Analyst

An industry-leading IT consultancy firm based in Bedfordshire is looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to its growing IT helpdesk team. This role is paying a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 based on experience plus training & benefits.
This role will be site based 5 days a week and will be ideal for an IT graduate, a junior IT support analyst, someone who has completed some CompTIA & Microsoft courses, or someone who has completed an IT Apprenticeship.
My client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and will provide official MS training & certifications. 
Due to their location (Bedford, Hitchin area), they are NOT accessible via public transport, therefore the successful candidate MUST have their own transport & a full driving licence.
Day to day duties will include:
  • Receiving, logging, processing and monitoring tickets received into IT Service Desk. 
  • Providing 1st line telephone & remote support across Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Windows 10 and Active Directory
To be considered suitable you will need to have strong customer service skills and a passion for providing IT support. Previous 1st line IT support experience is also required and any relevant certifications would be seen as advantageous.
