1st Line Helpdesk Support

A well-established organisation is looking for a personable and driven 1st Line Support Analyst to join its team, based in Wandsworth. Please note, this position is office based and will require you onsite 5 days per week (free parking available), there will be occasional travel to other sites based across London.

Within this role, you will be responsible for providing 1st-2nd-line support for all system and user issues. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will provide an exceptional internal support service for a range of technologies. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and resolving where possible or escalating tickets to 3rd line as needed with sufficient supporting information. You will also conduct routine IT administration and assist with IT project work.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ months experience in a 1st line support role and will be a self-starter with excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. You will have demonstrable expertise supporting Windows 10, Office 365, and Active directory, paired with general desktop support (PC hardware, printers, telephones, etc). You will have a basic understanding of networking and any experience with Mac/iOS would be advantageous to your application.
