1st Line Help Desk Analyst – Corby – £25,000pa
As 1st Line IT Help Desk Analyst reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing necessary IT support to the business.
Key responsibilities on the user side will include helping to resolve all IT related issues, liaising with 3rd party companies to resolve support cases, setting up and maintaining users’ systems and assisting with user onboarding and outboarding processes. You will also maintain the companies bespoke software (training provided), update inventory of all hardware and software, monitor the backup status and test restores points, manage business Dashboard KPIs and assist with the implementation of company IT strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ months experience in an IT support role and be a self-starter with excellent people and communication skills. You will have prior experience working with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Client, Server O/S, hardware (PCs/Laptops/Servers/Printers) and knowledge of anti-virus and client protection.
Other job titles compatible with this role would include Service Desk Analyst, IT Technician, Graduate IT Support, 1st Line Support Engineer.
