If your organisation is doing great things and has potential, but doesn't really want to spend £15,000 of well-intentioned donations on a single piece of executive recruitment, contact us. The Ashdown Group believes in giving back. If you are a not-for-profit, charity, foundation or philanthropic organisation, we would like to hear from you about accepting our pro bono terms.
Send your details, tell us your story, explain your needs and submit the form. If you meet the criteria we’ll be in contact to explore the potential of working together, absolutely free of charge.
This is our comprehensive executive recruitment service. We will invest as much time and effort into understanding exactly what kind of person would be capable of propelling you forward as we would in our paid work. We will meet with the recruitment leader or board of trustees to understand the nuances behind who we are looking for. Not only covering the technical skills needed, but looking at the cultural fit and where the individual might come from.
We craft specialised job advertising and utilise our executive networks to search for potential candidates. The list of potential executives and directors will be filtered to produce a list for the board to interview. Our team can work with you to design an effective interview process and develop a template of key questions.
The Ashdown Group team are keen to enable you to help further help others, by helping you.
The Ashdown Group pro bono work is available to NFPs, charities and entities focused on philanthropic endeavors. The volume of pro bono work is limited by both capacity and time. For profit entities need to contact us via our executive recruitment practice. Acceptance is at the Ashdown Group's sole discretion. A role must be placed with Ashdown exclusively. Further terms apply.
