This is our comprehensive executive recruitment service. We will invest as much time and effort into understanding exactly what kind of person would be capable of propelling you forward as we would in our paid work. We will meet with the recruitment leader or board of trustees to understand the nuances behind who we are looking for. Not only covering the technical skills needed, but looking at the cultural fit and where the individual might come from.
We craft specialised job advertising and utilise our executive networks to search for potential candidates. The list of potential executives and directors will be filtered to produce a list for the board to interview. Our team can work with you to design an effective interview process and develop a template of key questions.
