"You know what it’s like – desk covered in paper, phone will not stop ringing, managing director wanting something he cannot find – you open up the email and find loads of unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies (junk mail), and this is on a good day! If there is one thing I can’t stand it’s being bombarded with junk email from recruitment agencies that don’t have a clue what I am looking for – they are only interested in getting as many CVs emailed out as possible, I assume in order to reach their target. What a waste of time. I hate recruitment agencies. Just when they’ve got me in a good mood, the calls start coming in – following up the emails. No matter how many times I tell them not to ring me as we do not have any current vacancies – they still ring. Is it any wonder that I HATE RECRUITMENT AGENCIES !!!!!! But wait a minute – then I came across the Ashdown Group. What a change. They never bombard me with unwanted calls or emails. They wait until I contact them with a job specification. They obviously employ people who know how to read and who have yet to attend the “How to annoy your customer” seminar. They study my job spec, go through their extensive database, and then only submit a few CVs which exactly match my needs. Why the hell (sorry) didn’t I find them years ago?"
