Lastminute.com to boost marketing activityLastminute.com is boosting its marketing activity as it looks to increase sales by 20 per cent.

The firm has hired search engine marketing specialist Efficient Frontier, reports Precision Marketing.

Under the terms of the deal, Efficient Frontier will manage Lastminute.com's international search campaigns across the UK, Spain, Italy and France, news which might interest marketing recruitment staff.

Speaking to the news provider, a spokesperson for Lastminute.com said: "Efficient Frontier has solved our difficulties within search marketing across Europe with their remarkably accurate forecasting and modelling, for which there is a great need in our business."

The firm will be a "strong" strategic partner for Lastminute.com, he added.
