  • A huge name in English charitable organisations is looking for a Windows Administrator / Server Engineer to join their friendly, dynamic and established team. This is an excellent opportunity and would suit a motivated technology enthusiast

    Your role will be to support, maintain and develop the Microsoft Windows based server infrastructure both directly and remotely. You must be able to work effectively both within a team and individually and be experienced in designing, building and managing virtual Windows Servers on VMware.

    To be suitable for this position you should have strong skills in all or most of the following:

    • Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2008 Server inc. Active Directory

    • MS Exchange 2007

    • DNS & DHCP

    • Microsoft Office 2010

    • TCP/IP

    • LAN and Server Security

    • IIS

    • SQL Server 2000 / 2005 / 2008

    Any knowledge or experience with HP Server Hardware, Insight Manager, Symantec Backup exec or similar and Terminal Server would strongly support your application but is not essential.
