  • This client is a household name in the technology sector and the Senior Support Analyst role has come about due to their continued steady success and growth.

    The role requires a talented Windows Administrator / 3rd Line support Engineer with solid experience in server support and administration that can also be a point of escalation for all queries from the 1st and 2nd line team.

    The role will include working on projects and high level implementations; so requires a candidate who is analytical, comfortable prioritising their workload and with a strong attention to detail.

    You MUST have experience of supporting and maintaining windows based servers in a commercial environment to be considered for this role.

    The ideal candidate will have worked in a technical customer support role and have excellent experience providing desktop & application support in a Windows / Microsoft office environment.

    You will also need all or most of the following skills:

    • Windows 2003 Server

    • Exchange Server (2000/2003/2007)

    • Network support including TCP/IP, LAN & WAN

    • VMware

    • Citrix

    • IIS administration

    • VPN

    The position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, solid 1st-3rd line support experience and looking for an opportunity to progress their career in a forward thinking company.

    • Offering a basic salary of £24-28,000 per annum dependent on relevant experience plus healthcare, pension and annual bonus
