  • This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and creative Junior Front-end Developer / Web Designer to join a strong, friendly technical team with a flexible approach to their work.

    Working alongside experienced Web Developers you will work on multiple projects designing the front-end of the customer facing systems and websites; these need to be clear and easy to use but also need to look good.

    The successful candidate will need a good understanding of design standards and the ability to simplify data and layout to make information easily available and accessible.

    In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have a good degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Multimedia or Software Engineering - or related disciplines.

    It would be ideal if you had a placement year and/or commercial experience within a design and development environment.

    To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the ability to HAND CODE HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

    An understating of database design, SQL skills or other development technologies like PHP, Perl or Java would support your application but are certainly not essential.

    Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken are essential for this position as you will be required to communicate ideas with both technical & non-technical employees & customers.
    • Offering a basic salary of £14-18,000 per annum dependent on skills and relevant experience

    • Car parking facilities are available nearby and the company is located just outside of Central Manchester
