  • A large and rapidly growing company based in Leicestershire requires a Training and Development Manager to aid in the design and delivery of both management development strategies and customer service development strategies.
    The candidate must have experience in designing similar strategies for other retail organisations. The company is growing rapidly and this could be an excellent opportunity to help the company to grow and really put your stamp on its development.

    The role will be mainly autonomous so you must be comfortable working on your own initiative.
