  • A large, well established North Bristol based business is looking for an experienced Administrator to work in their Learning & Development / Training department. The role sits in a small dedicated team and works closely with the Training Coordinator to provide administrative/secretarial support and assist the coordination of both the internal and external training requirements.

    It is NOT essential to have worked as a Training Administrator previously but you should have worked in a reasonably large, busy environment as an Administrator. My client is looking for a proactive candidate who is able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, delegates & trainers. You MUST be computer literate (experienced in Word & Excel), highly organised with good attention to detail and able to prioritise & multi-task.

    Tasks will involve contacting training professionals, sending out instructions & relevant documentation, coordinating course refreshments, updating database records and dealing with the general training queries.

    This role will be based in their Bristol based offices (North Bristol) but some limited travel may be involved to help coordinate training events around the UK. There are public transport links but driving to work would be advisable.

    •The maximum basic salary for this Training Administrator role is £18,000 plus benefits including a contributory pension, life cover, and 25 days holiday.
    •Role will be based in the North of Bristol with good links to the M32 and M4 motorway routes.
    • Please note this is a 9 month maternity cover and candidates should be ideally available immediately.
