Trade floor Support Analyst

  • This is an ITIL environment supporting Front, Middle and Back Office users on a shift basis. The Service Desk team is responsible for 24/7 support and the successful candidate who joins the team will be expected to work on all of the different shifts on a rotational basis.

    Overnight support includes supporting overseas remote offices as well as a significant set of users who work in the London office.

    An MCSE is essential to be considered for this role as is experience of working in a similar position in a Trading, Investment banking or Finance company. Please only apply if you have both of these things.

    To be suitable for the role you must be an excellent communicator with commercial experience of supporting Microsoft based operating systems and applications in a large user environment. You must have worked in a structured Service Desk / Helpdesk environment previously.

    Experience supporting the following technologies is essential:

    · Windows XP, Internet Explorer, MS Office 2003 Suite & Active Directory

    · Exchange client support - Outlook 2007

    · Lotus Notes

    · Citrix Metaframe

    · TCP/IP

    If you also had experience with JRE and Netbackup this would strengthen your application.
