  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a highly successful and progressively expanding international IT reseller, to assist them in their search for a technical engineer.

    The focus of this role is the successful redeployment of Windows servers and network equipment. The incumbent will take responsibility for the testing of incoming hardware, the erasing and cleaning of data and the installation of new operating systems or settings.

    To be suitable you must have a strong understanding of Windows servers, storage systems and Cisco networking equipment. This may include the setting up of test beds.

    Any experience of Unix would be highly beneficial.
