  • Our client is an international business selling bespoke consumer electronic products. These run industry leading software that is designed, built and maintained in-house. As their success continues to grow, they need to add an additional graduate to the helpdesk support team.

    Based from the head office in Surrey the technical support team assist field engineers with issue resolution. These enquires can be wide ranging, relating to software, networking and hardware.

    Due to the nature of the systems involved no previous experience of them is expected. You MUST however be a graduate from a technical subject area, ideally Electronics Engineering. The role will only suit those interested in very technical, logical work and a person who is able to work towards a solution though test creation or consultation with a team.

    Any knowledge of low-level or embedded programming (C++) would be beneficial but is not essential. The maximum salary will only be achieved by a graduate with commercial experience in a similar type of work. A graduate without commercial experience or a placement year will certainly be considered, but at a salary closer to £20,000.
