  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful digital marketing agency as Technical development director.

    Our client is looking for a multi skilled technical development director with drive and leadership ability, who can lead a small development team across a broad range of technologies.

    The principal technologies required are:
    • HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and common web standards,
    • PHP, MYSQL & Opensource frameworks i.e. Zend/Kohana
    • SVN Subversion Control and TRAC.
    • Experience of variety CMS such as Wordpress, Silverstripe, Joomla & Episerver
    • Solid understanding / experience in Microsoft .NET, IIS, SQL & SharePoint.
    • Linux & Windows Server Operating systems and administration technologies.
    • Understanding of Dedicated and Cloud based hosting environments.
    • Knowledge and practical understanding of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube API’s.
    • Knowledge and practical understanding of emerging Mobile/ Tablet technologies.
    • Understanding of Adserver systems and platforms.

    You will possess excellent understanding of digital marketing disciplines and have a track record of working with senior management in developing business offerings.

    You will be highly articulate with excellent management skills and can demonstrate the ability to work under pressure whilst thinking creatively to resolve issues.

    This role will suit somebody who is passionate about new technologies and how it can be used to best deliver bottom line growth.
