Team Administrator (IT Department)

A well established City based firm within the financial services sector is looking for an experienced Team Administrator to manage the administration processes in their IT department. To be suitable for this role you MUST have experience working in a similar administrative role within a busy IT environment.  Ideally you will have experience of licensing management, IT procurement, compliance and audit reporting.  You will be the first point of contact for all market data vendors, stock exchanges and associated service providers.

Please note this position is a 3 month contract but there may be an opportunity for further extension.

You must have meticulous administration skills and pride yourself in your attention to detail. In order to be suitable for this position you MUST be proficient in the use of the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and be a highly organised and articulate individual.  It would be preferable to have some working knowledge of Crystal reports and knowledge of market data would be an advantage.
