  • A multinational company based in Covent Garden requires a Business Systems Analyst to analyse current usage of the company software (primarily CLASS - an educational application) and find out where usage and processes can be improved.

    You will work with users and managers across all departments to review the use of the CLASS system to ensure users are using the system effectively.

    Working closely with an external consultant, you will lead the project for the implementation of changes and any subsequent training that may be required.

    Experience working in a similar role is essential. Any experience with CLASS database would be extremely beneficial but not essential as full training on CLASS will be provided.

    The position attracts an excellent basic salary along with 30 days holiday and a pension scheme.
