  • Our client has a short term contract opportunity for an experienced systems/installation engineer. This is likely to be a 1 month contract initially.

    The purpose of this role is to rebuild a test server and a data warehouse server, both of which have been set up and configured incorrectly.

    In order to be suitable for this role you will have solid experience of working in the following technical environment: SAN Storage (HP), VMware ESX/vSphere 4, HP Server enclosures, Windows Server 2008, Cisco Routers, Firewalls (ideally SonicWall), SQL Server 2005/2008, Exchange Server, Active Directory/DNS.

    It is of course an ideal that you have proven previous experience of building test and data warehouse servers, and/or resolving issues regarding their configuration.
