  • A highly respected International Technology and Telecoms company is looking for a SQL Server Developer to join its team on an initial 3 month contract.

    Working alongside a Database Architect you will be responsible for developing SSIS packages, stored procedures, views and other database objects using MS SQL Server 2008.

    You will analyse and document user requirements and test code and also help manage change, release management and object ownership within the project team.

    You will need strong skills and experience with all of the following technologies:

    • SQL server database development experience (SQL Server 2008)
    • Database design, indexes, views, stored procedures and functions
    • ETL knowledge using SSIS and including Microsoft .NET scripting
    • Clear understanding and experience of importing and producing XML
    • Experience with Reporting Services (SSRS)

    This is an urgent contract requirement so please only apply if you can interview quickly and commence a new role with no more than 1 weeks’ notice.

    • Estimated 3 month contract duration
    • Daily rates of £200-250 dependent on relevant skills and experience
