  • The Ashdown Group are pleased to be working exclusively on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded organisation based in Central London. My client has been in business for over 10 years and is already considered one of the top media firms in the UK.

    To be suitable for this position you MUST have previous experience of managing a substantial service desk. You will be responsible for running a 1st & 2nd line helpdesk with 7 IT support analysts as well as managing 3rd party vendors. You will work closely with the UK Head of IT and the Group IT Director to agree long term support strategy, budgets, procurement and staff training.

    This position will require you to have a strong background in IT support. You will have hands-on experience with Windows 2008 Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2007 / 2010, MS Office, Windows XP / 7 / Vista. Any ITIL experience will be highly beneficial, as well as a background in media.
