  • A well-established international media organisation is looking for a bright and articulate candidate to join their operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a central point of contact for technical and usage issues for various in-house systems (training to be provided) and mobile solutions. Duties will include managing all incoming queries, providing first line fixes where possible and escalating all other issues to the IT department. The role will also involve providing some IT training on internal systems as well as creating process documentation.

    In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in a service desk, helpdesk, customer service or similar role with a good understanding of technical / IT systems. Please note this is not a highly technical support role and would suit candidates with experience of dealing with customer service queries about technical products. It is essential to have excellent written and presentation skills as this will involve liaising with staff and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will also have strong Excel skills.
