  • An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced 1st line support analyst to join a small team within a leading global business.

    To be suitable you must have proven commercial helpdesk or service desk experience, with first line support experience in standard Windows technologies, MS Office, Outlook and bespoke applications. Basic user administration experience in Active Directory is expected. A Microsoft or other relevant IT qualification is highly desirable, coupled with any knowledge of the ITIL framework.

    Working in a Windows Server envrionment you will be supporting users both in-house and remotely in various overseas satellite offices. The helpdesk works in an ITIL environment and your role will be to resolve first line issues within set SLAs. The helpdesk has quite a high call volume from their various sites, so you will be required to escalate more complex issues that cannot be resolved at first line.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid helpdesk experience, looking to step in to a large organisation where you can see scope to develop a long term career. Although the team you will be joining is small, the business is growing and over time you will have the opportunity to progress into more senior/technical roles within the organisation.
