  • The Ashdown Group are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established company, based in West Yorkshire. Due to their continued steady growth, they require an experienced SEO Specialist to manage their online marketing/digital advertising portfolio.

    This opportunity will give the incumbent full responsibility for a significant online marketing budget, which you will both implement and assess. The role will require a well-rounded individual who is adept at strategic planning and managing campaigns. This role is purely focussed on online marketing. The company has a marketing manager to look after offline.

    The company will expect you to hit the ground running and the interview process will require you to present a proposal of how you will plan and execute your SEO/PPC strategy.

    Your online experience must include all of the core PPC portals (Adwords, adCenter and Facebook). You will also need knowledge of PPC variants such as Local Search, YouTube and other social media providers.

    In addition to managing the company’s PPC you will also take control of SEO and SEM. You will be expected to increase the ranking of the company’s websites over time. You must understand and manage internal and external link building, on-page SEO, blogging and be capable of writing SEO copy that maximises both conversion and ranking.

    You must fully understand analytics and be prepared to report to both knowledgeable senior management and to those with no marketing experience.

    This is a standalone role where you will have a direct impact on the business and help an already successful business grow to the next level.
