Senior LIMS Support Analyst

A LIMS specialist or LIMS Support Analyst with experience in Labware LIMS and some previous team leading responsibility is required by a successful Warrington based business.

In this role, the successful candidate will be assuming a senior position within a small team of LIMS Support Analysts who are responsible for the support of a user community of circa 500 that are spread across several UK sites. The position has arisen as a result of continued business growth and will encompass a number of projects that relate to the streamlining of a number of IT specific business processes and procedures.

To be suitable for this role, you must have experience of Labware LIMS or a very similar LIMS product. In addition to your LIMS experience, you will need to have had some exposure to team leadership, a senior role within the team or mentoring less experienced team members. Ideally, you will need to have worked in a fairly large environment and be familiar with service desk processes and procedure. Your technical skills will need to include a wider knowledge of the software, applications and hardware that interact with LIMS.
