  • A high profile retailer is looking for a Senior JEE Developer to join their ecommerce team within a large IT department. This role reports into the Ecommerce Development Manager but this role involves a lot of autonomy. You will be required to liaise with other members of the IT team and the wider business so need to be someone who can communicate effectively and confidently.

    My client is looking for someone specifically with retail experience ideally from a retail blue chip company. To be suitable for this position you will have experience of developing large scale JEE solutions across the full life cycle and have solid coding experience. You MUST also have experience of Websphere and DB2. Projects will involve large, complex highly integrated applications.

    In addition you should have a solid educational background to degree level. This is a collaborative, team-orientated environment that requires their team members to be highly motivated, analytical and demonstrate problem solving abilities.
