  • This growing business based in Guildford requires a Senior HR Officer to cover maternity leave for 8-9 months on a Fixed Term Contract.

    You will be the Senior Human Resources Officer and be involved in looking after all aspects of the HR department along with another HR Officer.

    The company employs 100 people and requires a Senior HR Officer to act as their first point of contact in all HR queries.

    As Senior HR Officer, you will be in charge of the recruitment for 5 offices at all levels. The company currently operates a Graduate scheme and you will be the person responsible for this including recruitment and monitoring of their training. Experience in handling graduate schemes in previous companies would be fantastic.

    You will need to be well versed in the Grievance and Disciplinary process as you will be the person chairing these meetings. This is an essential part to the role as all processes must be procedure driven and well documented.

    You will also need to have strong experience of reporting to Board level and the documentation that goes with this. Reports will be generated using Excel and your knowledge of this should be advanced.
