  • This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and successful global organisation based in Croydon. My client is looking for a talented and experienced Generalist HR Advisor to join their HR team. Please note that this position will involve some travel to other company sites in Hampshire and Kent.

    To be suitable for this position you MUST have a proven background within generalist HR support, to include ER (with a sound knowledge and application of current UK employment law), performance management, stakeholder management & building effective relationships, training and development. Ideally you will be CIPD certified (or equivalent) and have experience working for a global organisation with a policy focused environment.

    This position will be responsible for an HR Administrator – any previous experience of line management or mentoring would be considered highly desirable but not essential.
