  • Our client, a large organisation, are looking to add a senior HR professional to their expanding HR team of 8.

    The successful Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for the provision of advice, guidance, coaching and training on all HR matters to line managers, directors and staff. They will also ensure correct policy interpretation in all personnel matters. In addition they will provide support and advice to HR colleagues across the organisation in HR Managers’ absence.

    Previous multisite experience would be advantageous, you must have experience managing a variety of ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, TUPE and change management. You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to able to influence at a senior level.

    Our client has approximately 1000 employees across the UK with their head office in Middlesex. In addition they have a large site on the London/Berkshire border and this Senior HR Advisor will need to spend one day per week at this site. Ideally you will be a car driver as this site is not well served by public transport.

    The client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 for the right candidate but will interview experienced candidates considering a slightly lower level of remuneration.

    Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 to 5 & Friday 9 to 1pm. In addition you begin with 21 days holiday allowance (plus Bank Holidays), this will increase 1 day with each year of service.

    This company is easily commutable from the following areas : Watford, Northwood, Ruislip, Stanmore, Greenford, Northolt, Bushey, Uxbridge, Harrow, Perivale and Pinner
