  • A highly successful organisation based in West London has a requirement for a Senior HR Officer to join their team for a 6 month fixed term contract.

    Working within a small HR department this is an excellent opportunity to take on a highly visible role within the organisation and to make a real contribution to the HR department. My client needs an experienced HR professional with a flexible approach to work, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels within the organisation. This is a not-for-profit environment so the ideal candidate will have an understanding on the complexities involved with working in this sector.

    It is essential you have demonstrable generalist HR experience within an established Human Resources department. You must be able to demonstrate good decision making and problem solving, be adaptable and highly motivated. The role requires someone who can quickly understand and implement departmental processes and procedures.

    The right candidate is likely to have a relevant degree or equivalent along with CIPD qualifications and be looking for the opportunity to work in a small but dedicated HR team within a not-for-profit or public sector organisation.

    It is essential that you have a very good understanding of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office software packages as well as experience of using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
