Senior HR Administrator

  • My client based in the Chiswick area has a requirement for a Senior HR Administrator or an experienced PA/EA who has worked within an HR department. This position will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

    To be suitable for this role you MUST have the following;
    * Considerable experience working as either a Senior HR Administrator or Executive / Personal Assistant within a busy HR department
    * Experience working for a Global Corporation
    * Exceptional organisation skills, including managing complex travel schedules across multiple time zones
    * Excellent experience of the MS Office suite (must include PowerPoint and Excel) and ideally MS Visio

    Fluency in a second European language (in addition to the requirements above) would be seen as highly desirable but not essential.

    • 12 month fixed term contract
    • Based in the Chiswick area
    • Offering a basic salary of up to £34,000 depending on experience
