  • A construction company is looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join its team on an initial 6 month contract.
    You will play a key role in the delivery of a new desktop environment for the business, helping to both define requirements and deliver the solution. You will work closely with a 3rd party supplier and will co-ordinate the desktop upgrade on a day-to-day basis. You will need to be very ‘hands-on’ technically and have experience of desktop roll outs, specifically with Citrix and VDI.
    In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you MUST have proven experience of supporting a range of Microsoft operating systems, Exchange 2007 and Active Directory, along with a secure understanding of Citrix and desktop virtualisation. In addition to your project focused responsibilities you will be required to provide 2nd/3rd line technical support for all user issues and must therefore be an excellent communicator with a broad range of technical experience. You will be tasked with providing remote and on-site support to 5 offices across London, so a flexible approach to work and willingness to travel is essential.
