  • A well established Plc is seeking to recruit a Senior Creative Manager to head up their Creative department based in Farnham, Surrey paying a salary dependant on experience.

    The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the creative development of the company’s specific product range to meet agreed strategic sales objectives. Managing a team consisting of Creative Managers and Designers, you will be responsible for the production of highly creative and commercial product ranges as well as maintaining existing product lines.

    In order to qualify for this role you will need to have at least three years experience in developing strategies, managing product ranges, managing department budgets, relationship building, and come from a Creative / Marketing background in a Senior role.

    As part of the Senior Management team you will be expected to be an excellent communicator at all levels and promote positive working relationships.
