  • The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a leading engineering and construction consultancy business to assist them in their search for 2 Senior Business Analysts. These Business Analysts will be focused on ensuring that the organization has best of breed systems and processes in place supporting the HR function of an enterprise scale environment with over 100 offices across the UK.

    Successful candidates will have considerable experience of delivering high quality HR Systems and Processes in very large (minimum 5,000 employees) environments. However, broader experience in Business Analysis over a wider spectrum and the ability to see "the bigger picture" and act in the best interests of the business are essential. You will be readily able to talk about your successes in delivering projects and programmes and how they have beneficially impacted on the business as a whole.

    Rate: Up to £446 per day dependent on expeience

    Requirements:

    Broad Business Analaysis experience
    Substantial experience in the delivery of HR Systems and Processes
    Experience of project delivery in an enterprise scale environment
    Experience working within a multi function, geographically distributed business
