  • An international organisation is seeking an experienced Systems Manager for a 5 month contract to support post implementation of a RedPrairie Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the interfaces to other key systems. This role is based in Venary, Holland for the duration of the contract.

    Key responsibilities will include the maintenance of the issues logs and change management tracking tool, tracking status of issues with the development team and test team, and leading the daily priority meetings ensuring the priorities and delivery dates are understood. The successful candidate must understand the issue management process and software development lifecycle, and have worked in a distribution and warehouse environment. The role will involve working in a 3PL environment with a third party software provider.

    You will be required to have Knowledge of system development, configuration or implementation methodologies and strong detail orientation and analytical ability.
    You will need an understanding of EDI mechanisms (i.e. FTP/ EDIFACT) and specific software applications such as SharePoint, RedPrairie (Discrete preferred) and reporting tools.
