Recruitment Consultant

Due to continuing high volumes of business and a growing customer base, the Ashdown Group is seeking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work in our central Kingston Upon Thames offices.

You will be responsible for delivering the full recruitment lifecycle into the IT, HR, Marketing and Accountancy sectors; although experience in these arenas is not essential, preference will be given to those who have recruited for the professional, office based market.

This role is likely to be markedly different to those you have been engaged in previously.
There is NO REQUIREMENT TO COLD CALL and you will not be asked to "build your own desk". 
 
Having a very strong reputation for integrity and trust within our customer base, vacancies and customer accounts are abundantly available.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to fill vacancies and build strong and lasting relationships with customers on a professional level.

The Ashdown Group offers high earnings potential, coupled with a healthy work / life balance. Targets are highly achievable, with first year OTE going beyond £36,000 based on a £25,000 basic salary. More experienced consultants in the company with an established client base regularly earn between £45,000 and £50,000 and the most accomplished consultants are earning circa £60-70,000.
