    You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple complex software, hardware and engineering projects, drive improvements for the on-time delivery of the Company’s projects, provide clear leadership, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management. A suitable candidate will contribute towards the maintenance and progression of the Research and Development department’s standards and processes.

    You must have Waterfall and Agile Software Development project managerial experience, in order to drive the use of Agile development techniques forward. Ideally, a suitable candidate will have experience of working in an environment which uses both C++ and Java as its development languages.

    Knowledge and experience of Software Configuration Management is advantageous, whilst a Scrum Master certification is also highly desirable.
