Senior Progress Developer - West Midlands - £35,000
We have been engaged by a well-respected and leading software firm that are based in the West Midlands. They require a highly capable Senior Progress Developer to consult directly with the client and / or the Project Manager, to accurately assess a client's requirements for software modifications.
The developer will be directed by the Software Manager and will be responsible for the support of pre-sales staff including on site demos and pre-sales modifications. Dealing directly with the end client and the Project Manager you will have strong knowledge of full software development lifecycle, programming standards and good documentation skills.
As part of your “Progress development”, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong SmartObject and GUI programming skills. Any further skills with Microsoft Dynamics AX would be a distinct advantage.
• This role is based in the Dudley area of the West Midlands• The maximum salary is up to £35,000 + Benefits
