A multinational corporation is looking for an experienced Programme Support Officer to coordinate the planning and delivery of business critical projects within the programme team.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you MUST have a proven track record within a PMO team, coupled with experience of project management methodologies (PRINCE2), and extensive computer skills in all MS Office applications, including - Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the project office and will ensure that Group Programme Directors are supported effectively. In addition to maintaining project documentation you will proactively track the progress of project tasks and milestones. Further, you will need to ensure the efficient transfer of knowledge across service boundaries and will help to plan and schedule the delivery of the project pipeline.
