A leading software solutions business that has been operating in the UK for almost a decade is looking for a talented Professional Services Consultant / Implementation Project Manager due to growth. The successful candidate will report into the Professional Services Manager and be responsible for delivering enterprise solutions on site for the large, well known corporations and also through the cloud (SaaS). The role will involve scoping (business & technical design), statement of works, project initiation documentation, implementation, training and deployment.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have substantial prior experience in managing software implementations, particularly those focused on the delivery of complex, data rich solutions such as CRM systems, ERP systems or Document Management Systems. It is also essential to demonstrate sound presentation skills and commercial acumen.
The company's customers are located across the UK, but are mostly focused in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds. Implementation projects could take you to customer sites anywhere in the UK, so candidates will need to be prepared for occasional short stays (up to a week) away from home. Travel to Western Europe may also be involved.
