  • As a Product Account Manager within this well established financial services/insurance company your role will be varied.

    It will involve working across product & account management functions, marketing, retail and call centres. You will be working at a strategic level alongside the Senior Product Managers to develop new product ideas related to the use of campaign data specifically for clients within the consumer electronics / retail sector.

    You will be providing a portfolio of value added services and further propositions related to data capture and delivering campaigns that prove mutually beneficial to the company & its clients.

    In delivering these campaigns you will be liaising with sales, call centre and contact centre teams to ensure new business & renewal sales are delivered and the appropriate marketing data is captured.

    To be suitable for this role you should have worked in an account management function and/or marketing capacity and possess a good understanding of call centre operations within a sales environment (ideally retail). You should be highly analytical, but with the ability to operate with a commercial perspective; appreciating the importance of using data & insight to drive action and change. This needs to be complimented by equally strong communication skills to ensure any insight and data is understood by other teams and individuals across the wider sales and marketing teams and business.

    A strong competency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint is also required as is a good level of mathematical competency.

    •The salary for this role is paying up to £32,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a 20% bonus, 22 days holiday & private healthcare.
