  • An established company currently focusing on a 5 year IT Change Strategy seeks an experienced PMO Analyst / PMO Coordinator to provide a 6 month maternity cover within the IT Project Management Office.

    The purpose of this role will be to work with the PMO Manager to review the existing PMO model including roles & responsibilities within the project and programme management function as well as the PMO processes.

    As the Senior PMO Analyst, it is essential to have proven experience of building & delivering PMO processes from start to finish and have the ability to identify and solve issues during implementation. In addition to the implementation of new processes you will also be responsible for supporting the existing reporting cycle for projects to senior management. This will include key areas of risk & issue, change requests, documentation, time sheet analysis, governance and quality control.

    To be considered for this position you must have previous experience in an IT Programme or Project Office Analyst role and demonstrate experience in reviewing, refining and implementing PMO processes. You will be experienced using formal project methodology (Prince 2, Agile or PMBOK), have strong MS Project, Word & Excel skills.

    • This is a 6 month fixed term contract with possible extension.
    •My client is considering a range of candidates from £35,000 - £45,000.
    •Offices based in Wimbledon, SW London within easy commute of London Waterloo, Clapham junction and areas bordering Surrey & Kent
