  • A Senior PHP Developer is required by a growing company to design and build new modules for their award winning software applications.

    Built in PHP and MySQL with JavaScript, their range of software has an interactive and user-friendly front end, sending out data to remote databases for statistical analysis. Further software collates and processes the information, producing reports.

    The key tasks centre on the design and implementation of new features within the existing PHP software. In addition the role requires a person willing and able to diagnose and resolve bugs, whilst ironing out inefficiencies. Some code will need to be re-factored – the application was built before the adoption of PHP5.

    To be suitable for this role you will need to demonstrate expert experience in PHP5, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including the use of AJAX). You will need to be able to produce examples of commercial software design and architectures.

    •  £40,000 to £60,000
