Operational Standards Internal Auditor

The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a FTSE listed international technology company to source an internal auditor to ensure company compliance with a number of international standards.

You must have experience auditing most or all of the following: ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 22301.

The focus of the role is to plan, schedule and then deliver the internal audit on the following areas within data centres: building infrastructure, quality management standard, occupational health and safety, environmental management, energy efficiency and business continuity planning.

To be suitable you must be a qualified internal auditor (or equivalent) for: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

This role will involve regular European travel; and you could be away during the working week for several weeks at a time depending on the scale of the audit.

You must be able to demonstrate extensive practical experience of planning, coordinating and executing audits. You will also need to liaise with external organisations for independent or verification audits.

Any experience of data centres, IT infrastructure or any previous work with technology companies would be desirable. In addition any knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 50001 or ISO 22301, an IOSH certification, AIMEMA status or IRCA membership would be beneficial.
