Online Client Services Executive (French Speaker)

  •  This online company is looking for a French speaking Client Services Executive to manage a portfolio of clients with regards to their online product requirements and technical website issues. To be suitable for this role you MUST be a Fluent French speaker and have existing client management experience ideally with a company providing an online service. You should be a confident communicator and able to produce reports and client presentations.

    The role will involve working with dedicated Account Managers to:

    -provide orientation and product training for the company's website /online product
    -posting correct relevant client content/adverts on the website
    -resolving online issues

    This is not a sales based position but a client management role; ensuring that all clients under your management are informed of any changes and website developments. You will be required to produce weekly/monthly reports and adhoc presentations as requested.

    •This is a global company and my client is looking for a confident, articulate individual with experience of working in a busy customer service / B2B environment.
    •The role is paying £25,000 including 25 days holiday.
    •French speaking role (based in London).
