MI and HR Systems Analyst

  • A large Blue Chip company based in Surrey requires an MI and HR Systems Analyst to work in a team of analysts to manage the daily enquiries arising predominantly from the Neocase HR System queries but there will be opportunities to design and develop reports in other systems.

    You will be using and supporting the Oracle e-business Suite, I-Grasp and Neocase. Any experience in using any of these databases would be seen as highly beneficial.

    We require the following experience:

    Essential

    - Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel
    - Mathematical and statistical skills to analyse quantitative data and to represent that data in variety of formats
    - A clear understanding of the issues that impact on the interface between the information provider and the information consumer
    - Confident and self-motivated
    - Experience of problem solving / user support
    - Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    - High level of accuracy, numeracy and good attention to detail

    Desirable

    - Operational knowledge of an e-Recruitment System
    - Experience of Oracle E-Business suite
    - Solid experience and knowledge of Oracle Discoverer Desktop or other MIS / EIS Applications such as Business Objects
    - Experience of writing SQL and running scripts through applications such as TOAD
    - Understanding of Oracle HR
    - Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and its implications on data management.
    - Experience of gathering user and business requirements
