  • The Ashdown Group has been invited to submit candidates to a leading Engineering Consultancy who are seeking to hire an experienced and hands on Marketing Manager. The role is a newly created post which will be taking full responsibility for all marketing activity at this engineering consultancy practice. The role will require you to discuss marketing strategy at the highest management / executive level and then execute the plan, reporting back to the board on deliverables and return on investment.

    The successful candidate will have a solid background in services marketing and will ideally have had some experience in an engineering or technical consultancy previously. You will be defining the marketing strategy, producing all marketing collateral, managing online and offline marketing campaigns and getting involved in branding and PR initiatives. You will also be engaged in market research and marketing database management.

    The successful candidate is likely to be academically achieved and will have a creditable marketing related accreditation. If you believe that you have the skills and experience necessary to succeed in a role of this nature, please submit a current copy of your CV.

    Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits

    Requirements: All round marketing generalist who has the ability to deliver at a strategic level, an analytical level and an operational level
    Experience of working in an engineering or technical consultancy background
    Ability to deliver online and offline marketing campaigns
    Brand management
    PR and Advertising experience
