Marketing Manager

My client is a financial trading training organization with an established international base. They have just arrived in the UK and need a Marketing Manager to broadcast their services to the widest possible audience with a view to establishing a firm foundation upon which to build.

This is a unique opportunity because, although the product and services are mature and ready to go to market, the business is in its infancy in the UK. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to define the marketing strategy for the UK from scratch, establishing marketing plans and running innovative and eye catching marketing campaigns. You will effectively be defining the product for the UK market and as such, your role is fundamental to the success of the business.

You will need to be comfortable producing all of the marketing collateral for conventional and digital marketing as well as assessing the value of exhibitions and events and producing the necessary materials for this environment too. You will also be engaged in defining the structure of the marketing team and recruiting talented individuals to fulfil your plan.
